Premium Opal Paydirt Bag — Guaranteed 1 lb Cuttable Rough
Dig your own opal without ever leaving home. Every bag is hand-scooped straight from our working mine in Spencer, Idaho — real dirt, real rock, real opal, no fillers and nothing "salted" in from somewhere else.
This is our top-tier paydirt: each bag is guaranteed to contain at least 1 lb of cuttable rough, so you're not just sifting for a chance at opal — you're guaranteed to walk away with real cutting material. Whether you're a lapidary artist looking to add to your rough stock, a hobbyist chasing that first fire flash, or shopping for a gift that's actually exciting to open, this bag delivers.
What you get:
1 lb minimum of guaranteed cuttable rough opal, hand-selected from our mine
Step-by-step instructions for digging through your paydirt and finding your opal
Cutting instructions so you can turn your rough into a finished stone
The thrill of a real dig — every bag is unique, and you never know what fire or pattern you'll uncover
Why our paydirt is different:
Unlike bags padded with common gravel or non-cuttable scrap, our high-end bags are curated for quality. We guarantee the material because we stand behind what comes out of our ground.
Grab a bag, dig in, and cut your own opal — quality guaranteed, straight from the mine to your workbench.
